Thanks for replying so quick what I meant was I used to eat small meals but just 3 sometimes not too healthy but I didn’t eat as much as now and really didn’t feel hungry before but I’m just starting to eat really healthy to loose like 10 lbs. I can loose weight quick but gain it back because I indulge myself in sweets.
