Quick question. Today is the first day of starting this diet and I have two questions; in examples for 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 brown rice, or 1/2 quinoa are these measurements before or after cooking? I’m assuming it’s 1/2 cup cooked, but I would like to be sure. Also, could I switch the Meal 3 carb with Meal 5 veggies to have the carb for dinner? Or would that throw the plan out of whack?
